Terms & Conditions — DFY A2P Registration Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Done-For-You A2P Registration service
(“Service”) provided by HighLevel Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, checking the “I agree” box,
or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not complete your order.
1. Eligibility & Platform Requirements
To use this Service, you must:
- Be a US-based business entity organized as a Corporation or LLC (no sole proprietors).
- Have a valid and active Employer Identification Number (EIN) tied to that legal entity.
- Use Go HighLevel as your CRM and marketing platform.

Use the Lead Connector phone system inside HighLevel for SMS (this Service does not support standalone Twilio accounts or other providers).

Have a legitimate, lawful messaging use case that complies with all applicable laws, carrier rules, and A2P 10DLC guidelines
(e.g., no illegal products, hate speech, weapons, explicit adult content, etc.).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if your business or use case does not meet these requirements.
2. Description of the Service
The DFY A2P Registration Service is designed to help you configure and submit your A2P 10DLC Brand & Campaign for texting
via Lead Connector inside Go HighLevel.
Each purchase of this Service covers A2P registration for one (1) HighLevel sub-account only.
2.1 What You Are Responsible For
You agree to:
- Complete the onboarding form with accurate and complete business and contact information.
- Provide Admin access to your HighLevel sub-account so we can perform the setup and submission on your behalf.

Add the required DNS record to your domain’s DNS settings, as instructed:
DNS Record Type: CNAME

You will receive short walkthrough videos showing how to complete each of these steps correctly.
2.2 What We Are Responsible For
Once you have completed the three requirements above, we will:
- Review your onboarding information and messaging use case.

Create temporary legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service) and a compliant opt-in form page for A2P review purposes only.

Build and submit your A2P Brand & Campaign inside the HighLevel Trust Center using Lead Connector for your local 10DLC number.

Respond to reasonable carrier feedback by updating campaign descriptions, sample messages, and related details and resubmitting
your application as needed.
This Service does not include ongoing campaign management, future messaging strategy, or legal advice.
2.3 Scope of Service — Single Sub-Account Only
- Each DFY A2P Registration purchase applies to one (1) HighLevel sub-account / brand only.

If you have multiple sub-accounts, locations, brands, or clients that require A2P registration,
each additional sub-account requires its own separate DFY A2P package purchase.

This Service may not be “shared” or reused across multiple sub-accounts or agencies under a single purchase.
3. Important About Fees
3.1 Our Fee Covers
Your payment to us covers our service and submission work only, including:
- Reviewing your onboarding information.
- Building your A2P Brand & Campaign configuration in HighLevel.
- Submitting your A2P application via Lead Connector for your local 10DLC number.

Creating temporary Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and an opt-in page used solely to help your A2P application pass review.

Our labor for adjusting and resubmitting your application if carriers request edits to description, use case, or sample messages.
3.2 Our Fee Does Not Cover
Our fee does not include any platform or carrier fees, including but not limited to:

Brand registration fees, campaign vetting fees, or monthly campaign fees charged by HighLevel or carriers.

Any extra vetting fees, secondary review fees, or resubmission vetting fees charged by HighLevel or its underlying providers.
- Per-message carrier costs for SMS/MMS or any overage/throughput-related fees.
- Any future changes in A2P pricing, carrier surcharges, or HighLevel billing policies.
These charges are set and billed by Go HighLevel and telecommunications carriers, not by us.
3.3 Where A2P Fees Come From

All A2P-related fees (Brand Registration, Campaign Vetting, Monthly Campaign fees, and carrier charges) are billed directly
by Go HighLevel and/or carriers and will appear on your own HighLevel billing.
- Our fee is strictly a service / implementation / submission fee.

You are encouraged to review Go HighLevel’s official documentation for the most up-to-date A2P 10DLC pricing and policies
(e.g., their “HighLevel A2P Fees” help article).
4. Timeline & Processing
Once you have:
- Completed the onboarding form,
- Given us Admin access to your HighLevel sub-account, and
- Added the required DNS record,
we will:
- Submit your A2P registration within 72 hours (for standard DFY packages), or
-
Submit your A2P registration during or within 24 hours after your
1:1 Fast Track implementation call (if you purchased that upgrade).
Typical approval times are 7–14 business days after submission. This is an estimate only. Final timelines are
controlled by carriers, The Campaign Registry, and Go HighLevel, not by us.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
You understand and agree that:

A2P approval is not guaranteed. Final decisions are made by carriers, The Campaign Registry, and Go HighLevel.

We follow best practices, provide clean descriptions and sample messages, and will adjust and resubmit when reasonable—
but we cannot guarantee that your Brand or Campaign will be approved, that you will receive any particular Trust Score,
or that your throughput will meet any specific level.

Certain industries and use cases are considered high-risk or restricted, and may be rejected or subject to additional scrutiny
even if you believe your usage is legitimate.

Denials, delays, or additional review requirements do not entitle you to a refund of our service fee (see Section 8).
6. Temporary Legal Pages & No Legal Advice
As part of the Service, we may create:
- A temporary Privacy Policy page
- A temporary Terms of Service page
- A compliant opt-in form page
These assets are created only to support your A2P 10DLC approval.
You understand and agree that:

These pages are templates and are not personalized to your jurisdiction, your full business practices, or your risk profile.

These pages do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for consulting your own attorney.
- You should not rely on these pages as your permanent, official legal documents.

You are responsible for having your own legal counsel review and/or replace these documents for long-term use.
7. Client Responsibilities & Ongoing Compliance
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information in the onboarding form and throughout the process.

Completing the required setup steps (Admin access, DNS configuration) in a timely manner so we can submit your application.

Ensuring your messaging content, opt-in methods, frequency, and data practices comply with all applicable laws and rules,
including but not limited to:
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- CTIA guidelines
- Carrier policies
- Any relevant state or federal telemarketing or data privacy laws
After your A2P registration is approved, you are fully responsible for:
- The content of all messages you send.
- How often you message your subscribers.
- How you obtain, store, and manage consent.
- Monitoring complaint rates, opt-outs, and user experience.
We do not monitor or control your ongoing messaging and are not liable for your compliance or lack thereof.
8. Refund Policy & Chargebacks
8.1 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only before we begin substantive work on your A2P submission. This means before we:
- Create your A2P-specific assets (temporary pages, forms, etc.), and
- Prepare and submit your initial A2P Brand & Campaign in HighLevel.
If you want to request a refund before work begins, you must email us at
[email protected] with your order details.
Once we have started those tasks, including drafting and/or submitting your application, the Service is considered in progress
and becomes non-refundable.
8.2 After Submission
Once we have:
- Built the necessary assets, and
-
Submitted your A2P Brand & Campaign for review (whether the result is pending, approved, or denied),
the Service is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable.
Denials, delays, carrier restrictions, additional vetting requests, or subsequent account actions by HighLevel or carriers
do not qualify for a refund.
8.3 Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered according to these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide these Terms, proof of work, and submission records to the payment processor
as evidence of service delivery.
9. Quick FAQ (For Convenience)
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Carriers, The Campaign Registry, and Go HighLevel make all final decisions. We follow best practices and will resubmit
where reasonable, but approval cannot be guaranteed—especially for high-risk or sensitive industries.
Who is this NOT for?
This Service is not for:
- Sole proprietors
- Non-US entities
- Accounts not using Lead Connector inside HighLevel
- Illegal, prohibited, adult, weapons, or similar high-risk content
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund before we begin building and submitting your A2P application by emailing
[email protected]. Once assets are created and A2P has been prepared and submitted
(approved or not), the Service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Are the legal pages “official”?
No. They are temporary templates used only to help pass A2P review. They are not legal advice and should be updated or replaced
by your attorney for long-term use.
Do you manage campaigns long-term?
No. This offer is for A2P registration only. You are responsible for ongoing SMS strategy, content, frequency, and compliance
after approval.
What about account bans or filtering later?
Once you’re approved, you are fully responsible for how you use SMS. We are not liable for any filtering, restrictions,
suspensions, or bans that carriers, Go HighLevel, or any platform apply later based on your messaging behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits,
revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the
Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of SMS, your violation
of laws or carrier rules, or your misuse of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
